"How Do I Install The Presets?"

We include Simple Instructions in your download with each Vocal Preset. It takes less than 3 minutes to install. You can also view the instructional guide on how to install the presets on our page here.

 

"I accidentally purchased the wrong DAW, what do I do?" 

Don't worry :) This happens all the time. We will send you the correct version for your DAW, just reach out to us here.

 

"I'm having trouble finding the correct folder to put the preset file in. What do I do?"

Rarely the folders can be not existent or in a different location. Please reach out to us here. We will take care of you, and make sure you get it installed.

 

"I purchased but I did not get any download links?"

We have increased security measures to prevent fraudulent orders. If you have not received immediate download links on post purchase page or received emails with them, your order has been flagged by our system. Our dedicated & trained Cyber Security Team will need to go through a verification process with you before we deliver the files. "The Vocal Preset is not fitting with my voice / set up and I'm dissatisfied. What do I do?"

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the preset you have ordered is not a good a good fit for you, we are here to help you out. First we will help you tweak it so that you are satisfied. If you are still unsatisfied, we will provide you with a full refund. Please reach out to us here.

 

"I have a DAW with stock plugins, do your Vocal Presets only use stock plugins?"

We use all stock plugins for 99% of our presets. So if you purchase one for your DAW, you can rest assured you have all the plugins you need. For Waves StudioRack, all the products have a plugin list that you can double-check before purchasing.

 

"What DAWs Are The Presets Compatible With?"

We have compatibility with most DAWs. We are working with our Developers and Engineers to create presets with stock plugins for all DAWs. Please check the product description for the product you are looking at purchasing to see the DAWs we currently offer it in. We are always creating new products and adding new stock plugin Presets, so keep an eye out. Waves plugins and presets can be used on any DAW because the it is loaded in through StudioRack which is a free waves plugin.
